We were pleased to be the chosen subcontractor in Hampshire working closely with the main contractor on this job in a city centre location had its challenges. 

As the first interior trades on site we completed a thorough first fix as quickly as possible these involved fire rating ceilings , sound coats , suspended ceilings and partitions. 

Once the first fix was complete by all other trades involved we quickly closed up the units sanded smooth and placed all waste in the skips. 

We also secured the decorating contract which was professionally sprayed and we achieved a perfect finish to all eight apartments. 

With the building passing all Sound & Air tests required. 

This was an enjoyable project from start to finish.
