The client, an advanced maritime technology firm operating in the defence space, needed a modern, secure facility that reflected their growth and sensitive operational requirements.

• Full Cat-B fit-out, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and internal partitions

• Commercial gas heating & AC across both floors

• Lighting installed up to 10m high in the warehouse

Overcoming Challenges

Early Client Move-In:
Kraken occupied part of the building only 2 weeks after works began. The JG Projects team adapted quickly, re-phasing works to ensure the staff kitchen and meeting rooms were ready in just 3 weeks.

Mid-Project Expansion:
An entire new fit-out of a ground floor shell space was added midway:

• New partitioning, bulkheads, ceilings, finishes

• Integrated AC, electrics, and coordination with existing services

• Delivered to same high standards without disruption
